I’ve been bringing my two dogs here for over two years. Mark is an excellent groomer who gives my dogs the extra care they need. Both are elderly and need a gentle hand which he always gives them. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they are always ready when promised. Both ladies in the shop are also friendly and they have also done an excellent job grooming my boys when Mark is unavailable. I highly recommend this salon!

Wonderful care of my dog, have been going to them for years. Not only is their shop a beautiful modern design and SO CLEAN, but the owners are always attentive to any requests I have and take care of my dog as if he was their own (my dog doesn’t want to leave them after grooming, he always wants to stay and play!).

A great professional store that welcomes you back like family, with very competitive pricing as well. Most people in our neighbourhood go to this shop, and have been going for years!

So happy with the way the grommed my Pomeranian.. they did an outstanding job and made her look like a model puppy! Best doggie salon I’ve being too so far and she is almost 7 ( so I’ve being to many.. def coming back!

Excellent groomers at Puppy Cuts &Care!! I have been taking my Ruby here since they opened and she loves coming here. Irina, Anjelika and Rob are so skilled and always do a beautiful job with grooming. Their customer service is outstanding and they are wonderful with the dogs in their care. I highly recommend you bring your dog here.

I have been coming with my teacup Yorkie since they opened. I have to say that it is always a great experience. The groomers genuinely love the animals. You can tell, because as there are pets coming in and out of the store, they practically jump all over the staff! It is always clean, they are very professional, and they have high-end + new equipment, which is safe and sanitary for the animals. The best part is that my little Baby always comes out perfectly groomed and happy! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who has a furry baby!

Great place! Have been bringing my dog for over a year. Never had any issues. My pup loves playing with other dogs. She always comes so energetic and beautifully groomed.
The owners are very friendly and professional. They are gentle with with my pup and always treat pets like its their own. So many times i witnessed how Angela and Irin are always trying to accommodate the customers with their needs even during busy holiday time. I’m happy with this place and definitely recommend it to other pups!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AMAZING SERVICE! The owners are very gentle towards my two dogs (Teacup poodle and Labrador) they always come back looking adorable! And on top of that, the staff are friendly, kind people who genuinely care for you and your pets. The joy I get from seeing my dogs freshly groomed is undescribable, I highly recommend taking your pets here! Hope this helped!

I brought my dog here and I was so happy with how it turned out, not only did my dog look beautiful after but she was so happy. My dog is very old and hates getting groomed, however when we brought her here she couldn’t wait to go back. They were very gentle and good with her. Make sure to bring your dog here you won’t be let down 🙂

I’ve been taking my dog here for months and I absolutely love it. She always comes back looking amazing and in a good mood. I highly recommend taking your pet here they treat the animals with respect unlike pet smart and other places. The staff is so kind can’t wait to come back!!

Ginger has been coming here for years. She enters as a normal looking poodle and exits as a poodle ‘star’. They make her look amazing. My 12 year old has volunteered there and will tell you that Angela and Irina are the kindest and most gentle of all ‘doggy lover’ souls. All I have to say is ‘Angela’ and Ginger will run in the store’s direction. I have recemmended many dog owners to take their pups there because of Angela’s and Irina’s wonderful overnight doggy daycare facilities. They take small pups home and they let Ginger sleep right in bed with them if she is needing comfort. Our neighbourhood raves about Puppycuts!!! Thanks ladies for being awesome!!!Makes me feel so comfortable knowing you are right in our neighbourhood if any emergencies at home ever arrive and Ginger needs you! They will take Ginger without any hesitation.

My friend recommended this grooming salon to me. Ive been looking for a grooming salon for my dog. I tried petsmart (not very impress. The staff are rude)dufferin doggieland(is okay,its hard to book an appointment) so I took my dog “tiara” today and I love how friendly the staff are. They were amazing and very patient with her as my dog has some matted hair and she is very hyper. Also they let them play with the other dogs which is so cute! They dont crate them..Im definitely taking her every 2months here now.Im glad I finally found a grooming salon for her. 🙂 thanks Angela and Irin!
